Appellant concedes that there is no evidence of liability against Merton Minter Sr., but contends that the evidence, when viewed in the light most favorable to appellant, is sufficient to show gross negligence on the part of the appellee Merton Minter Jr. The descriptive words of the statute relating to negligence have the same meaning as the term "gross negligence."
